Day 6: Data collection

On a hint of Luigi Di Sarno from University of Benevento, we went to survey the masonry-Arched curved bridge  in Tufo, which was made inaccessible after the earthquake. Indeed Paolo and Andrea observed substantial settlements at the abutment which suffered a partial collapse. Many other damages have been identified on the parapet walls.
Thanks to Vigili del Fuoco we inspected support details of other concrete deck viaducts.
